Our sessions can be carried out in a fully equipped gym in a friendly and warming environment, with a wide range of
equipment to really put you to the test. However, if you feel that you’re not ready to hit the gym or it is more practical to
workout from home and you live in the Maidstone area, then we can also do home sessions. We have a good range of fitness equipment for home sessions.
Our personal training sessions are fully adapted to meet the needs and goals of each individual and to give the best possible chance of hitting those goals! And we try to make each session different to keep them fun and enjoyable.
