Matt is a Level 3 Personal Trainer as well as a fully qualified Sports Coach and has a degree in Sports Coaching from Leeds Beckett University. Matt started his involvement in the sports and fitness industry in 2015 and he has built a wealth of experience in all aspects of personal training and has developed his skills in different areas such as building muscle, weight loss, improving general fitness and working with multiple sports teams over the years. Matt has always surrounded himself with sport and fitness at every opportunity and he has participated in a wide range of sports from rugby and cricket to skiing and golf. As a result, he has a great knowledge and a solid understanding of the specific physical fitness requirements needed to undertake these sports.
Matt has always played sports and loves to be active, and his wish is to combine his passion for fitness along with his experience/knowledge to provide the best service possible to you so that you can reach your personal fitness goals.
